UPDATE, 4:40: The Rays do have their mostly lefty lineup in play, with Dickerson as the DH and Rasmus in left. ... Cash confirmed Erasmo Ramirez will go into the rotation in place of demoted LHP Blake Snell, but said they were still deciding what day since they are off Thursday. ... Cash also made it sound like they will continue to use rookie relievers Jose Alvarado and Ryne Stanek in high leverage situtions. ... SS Matt Duffy took today off from his rehab schedule due to some soreness in his left heel but is slated to play again for the Stone Crabs on Wednesday. ... RHP Tommy Hunter (calf strain) threw his second bullpen session on Monday and is likely to do another on Wednesday, then progressing to a live batting practice this weekend.

The Indians are starting RHP Carlos Carrasco, who has been among the best in the AL this season.
