    TALLAHASSEE — Florida's education commissioner announced that the state has launched an investigation into whether school districts are moving students around as part of an effort to manipulate graduation rates.

  2. UT starts work on six-story academic building, its biggest


    TAMPA — The University of Tampa plans to start construction next month on what will be the biggest academic building on campus.

    The six-story, 90,000-square-foot Graduate and Health Studies building is scheduled to be complete by fall 2018. There are plans for a twin building, connected via skywalk.
