Tampa police investigate shooting death of 42-year-old man

TAMPA — Police are investigating the death of a man found Tuesday night with a fatal gunshot wound in the 4000 block of E. Osborne Ave. as a homicide.

Tampa police got reports of gunshots in the area around 9:30 p.m. Whey they arrived to 4020 E Osborne Ave., they found Eddie John Session, 42. Police began first aid, but Session died from his injuries.

Detectives say anyone with information should contact the Tampa Police Department.
