I always give places a second chance but this was there 3rd! Rode up on my pontoon boat, docked at Upper Deck, after 2 bad experiences last year at this establishment I tried again. We walked upstairs and could not get a table on the outter deck, it was a beautiful day. We set down at 2 four top tables that were not pushed together. After 10 minutes or so our waiter came to us with drinks. I spotted 2 tables back to back open up outside and nobody waiting. I asked to move and the waiter said he wold still be our server but we could not all fit at 1 table? I told hi to split us between the 2, he said he couldnt split bills with tables so I told him to give my 22yo son and his girl a separate bill, he said he couldnt because he already knows we are together??? Really?? It isnt like we are ripping them off or cheating on our taxes.......we just wanna eat. I asked for the owner, he arrived and told me if I wanted to make the rules to buy a restaurant??? Really??? I loaded on the boat and left, never to return! Iam a local and own a customer based business, without customers there is no business! wake up! If you want to be insulted and told where you can sit or not, go to Upper Deck!! If you want good wings, freindly atmosphere and can sit anywhere you want with a server thats happy to see you........go to Bayport Inn or Becky Jacks!!!! I DO!!!
